1. Previous comment not fully addressed. Ensure that the square footage provided in the building plan match the square footage shown on the development package. Approved development package shows the 24 plex structures as 16,266 SF. Building plans show them as 22,431 SF. Either the square footage on the building plans will need to be changed to reflect those shown on the DP or the DP will have to be revised with updated building square footage.

2. Zoning cannot approve building plans until the final plat TD-DIV-0123-00032 is approved.
