A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. This comment was not addressed. If the owner enclosed this area a permit is required. Based on current aerial photos there is an area under the rear porch that has been enclosed. Zoning was not able to find approved permits for the addition. Show this addition on the plot plan and either provided approved permit documents with the next submitted or include it in this permit. 2. This comment was not addressed. The proposed storage container is not allowed within the PUE unless you have written permission from all utilities that have rights to the easement. Provide the required written permission with the next submittal. 3. This comment was not addressed.
