Per UDC Article 6.6.2.I, the maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be six feet. The area of the wall exceeding six feet in height is not meeting the requirements of UDC 6.6.2.I.1. A Design Development Option (DDO) for wall height is required to be submitted and processed prior to approval of this wall permit. The DDO application and requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/2019_DDO_for_Setback_and_Height_UDC.pdf. Submit your DDO application as "Additional/Supporting Documentation" under activity number T22BU00404.
