01/30/2024 Historic REQUIRES RESUBMIT The Special District minor review application submittal is complete. Please submit all the same materials under the Historic sub-record. Once you log into TDC Online, go to the My Work tab, and then go to Plans (not Permits). Under Plans there should be the Historic sub-record. Provide a Development Zone Map showing contributing and non-contributing properties using Historic Map Tucson https://maps2.tucsonaz.gov/html5viewer/?viewer=historicproperties. A boundary should be drawn around the Development Zone to clearly mark it.
Review fee pending payment. Once invoiced and paid a minor review will be scheduled.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

The use is single family residential, and the zone is HO-3 and HR-3, which is a permitted use subject to use specific standard 4.9.7.B.6.

02. Until the plan is approved by Historic Zoning cannot approve the plan. COMMENT: The site is within a Historic Preservation Zone (HPZ) and requires review and approval from the historic preservation office prior to receiving zoning approval (UDC 5.8.8).

03. This comment was not addressed. COMMENT: Provide a residential plot plan that demonstrates the fence/wall is within the subject parcel property boundaries.
