01. COMMENT: The use is single family residential, and the zone is HO-3 and HR-3, which is a permitted use subject to use specific standard 4.9.7.B.6.
02. COMMENT: The site is within a Historic Preservation Zone (HPZ) and requires review and approval from the historic preservation office prior to receiving zoning approval (UDC 5.8.8).
