This is an underground pool . HPZ will be limited to any structures around the pool.The addition of a fence and gate requires review and approval. Please submit required documents per the Historic & Special District informational handout (https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Special_Districts_Application_Instructions.pdf).. Since the review will be limited to fence/gate, you will need to provide information on the proposed fence (height, material, design, etc.), and inventory form for the site. Once we receive a complete submittal, we can schedule the project for a minor review.
