The dimension for the north property line was correctly revised, but the associated dimension between the billboard footprint and the east property line was not adjusted to match (see Comment #5 on Sheet 1 of 2 for the first submittal); revise the dimension from the billboard footprint to the east property line so that the sum of the dimensions from the west property line to the billboard footprint, the width of the billboard footprint, and from the billboard footprint to the east property line is consistent with the dimension of the north property line [Note: although not previously subject to a comment, it is now noted that the location of east property line is depicted about 14 feet to the east of its actual location, which will cause a correct dimension from the billboard footprint to the east property line to appear out of scale; the correction of this property line location would address this issue] Sheet 2 of 2 No comments. |
