COMMENTS:
1. This permit application went from a duplex to a four plex.
2. Please withdraw this permit and apply for a commercial building permit as this is now considered a commercial property and must be reviewed as commercial site under the auspices of the IBC and not the IRC.

There may be more comments upon resubmitting the above referenced plan.

Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set.

Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.

Please contact Pima County Addressing at addressing@pima.gov or 520-724-9512 to verify and add the unit numbers. After address/units have been added or verified you'll need to submit an address change request to update this record in the sub records tab of the permit along with a new aerial/site plan that shows the corrected addressing.

Residential Engineering Comments:
1. It is recognized that the applicant has applied for a commercial new dwelling permit (TC-COM-1125-02140) with the approved development package (TD-DEV-0323-00166).
2. The approved development packaged will require a revision prior to site engineering approval: Please revise DP to account for base flood elevation, BFE = 2476-ft NAVD 88, and adjust the finished floor elevation, FFE = 2476.9-ft NAVD 88.
3. A floodplain use (FPU) permit with an elevation certificate will be required and applied for on TDC-Online (please note, the new FPU permit shall be related to the building, not development package).
3. Please apply for a separate permit for the proposed sheds. Sheds are required to have either flood venting or elevated 11-inches above BFE.
