The approved development packaged will require a revision prior to site engineering approval: Please revise DP to account for base flood elevation, BFE = 2476-ft NAVD 88, and adjust the finished floor elevation, FFE = 2476.9-ft NAVD 88. 3. A floodplain use (FPU) permit with an elevation certificate will be required and applied for on TDC-Online (please note, the new FPU permit shall be related to the building, not development package). 3. Please apply for a separate permit for the proposed sheds. Sheds are required to have either flood venting or elevated 11-inches above BFE.
