This site is located in the RX-1 zone (UDC 4.7.6). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, & .9. 1. Based on the submitted plans it appears that the proposed attached carport has changed in size. The submitted revision show a 40’x40’ structure and the approve plot plan shows a 26’ x 42.
