The submittal provided is marked as “Not for Construction” on the layout and detail pages; we need the set of shop drawings that are for construction and have been reviewed by the engineer of record. Payment for the review is due at this time and must be in the form of a credit card or check; cash cannot be accepted. Once the correction has been made and payment has been received the approved submittal will be delivered to the City. If paying by credit card, please use the attached credit card payment form; the form needs to be completed and emailed along with the statement to Dawn Sanborn (i.e. Dawn has been copied on this email). Once I receive confirmation from Dawn that payment has been made the comments or approvals will be released. If paying by check, please contact Sara Johnson so that arrangements can be made.
