1. Provide a complete inventory of all the exterior lighting on this parcel and include it in the exterior lighting calculations, including the Picnic Ramada, Pool area, Breezeway, Building exterior, or any other existing lighting on the property, per section 104.2, 104.2.1.

2. Indicate the size of the parcel in acres. And use the correct lighting area option in table 401.1. Be advised, the 55,000 limit per acre is for residential zoned property. Should be using option 1,2,or 3 whichever applies.

3. Indicate on the plans if a special inspection is required for the Outdoor Lighting. Per section 104.2.2, 106.2.1

4. Unless provided by the pool/spa plans and permit documents. Provide a complete grounding detail for the pool/spa and equipment, also GFI protection for pumps and lighting as required per NEC art 680.

5. Provide compliance with the 2018 IECC for the lighting energy limits.

2. Specify the required maximum U-factors and Solar Heat Gain Coefficients (SHGC) for the fenestration and doors on the architectural drawings. Reference: Section C103.2, IECC 2018
3. Show that the proposed HVAC system meets the requirements of Sections C403.2, C403.3.2 (e.g. provide the mechanical energy code compliance certification from COMcheck). Reference: Section C303.1, International Energy Conservation Code 2018
4. Full compliance with the 2018 IECC for new buildings requires that an "additional efficiency package option" be selected per Section C406. Identify which of the eight options has been selected. Reference: Section C401.2 (2), IECC 2018.
5. Provide heating and cooling load calculations to justify the heating/cooling capacities of the specified HVAC units. Reference: Section C403.1.1 and C403.3.1, IECC 2018.
6. Verify that the installer setup menu for the specified programmable thermostat includes off-hour and set-back control, automatic shutdown and automatic start-up control (i.e. the thermostat is capable of automatically adjusting the start time of the HVAC equipment in order to bring the interior conditions to the desired temperature at the start of occupancy) and, if the thermostat does not require manual changeover from the heating and cooling modes, it restricts set point overlap. 1. The proposed site/landscape pool/park development needs to be submitted as a Development Package (DP). This DP shall meet the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-06. Zoning will not be able to approve the building plans until a DP is submitted and approved.

2. Provide a copy of the required approval letter from the La Estancia Design Review Committee with the required DP and your next submittal of the building plans.
