This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29).

1. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan is required for the following types of development: c. Existing development undergoing a change of use , building or structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. That said as you are proposing a site fence and a Development Package (DP)meeting the minimum requirements of the checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf, must be submitted and approved clearly showing the location of the proposed fence
The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type “Site Review”.


2. The detail appears to show a 3’ high fence and Scope of Work note 1 states 7’, clarify which is correct.

3. Work note 1 states “75 LINEAR FT” and under “NOTE” you state “48 LINEAR FT” clarify which is correct.
