We went through your 36 page report twice and we could not find a Bolt Installed in Concrete special inspection. Either pluck those pages from the 37 page report and submit it individually or have the Project Engineer in Charge write a letter to the effect that Bolts in concrete were not used on this project. 2. Please note that we did find an Epoxy Anchor special inspection using Simpson XP-N and HTT4 holdowns which was used to result the Epoxy Anchors special inspection. 3. See other special inspection. 4.
