Residential Addition

The plans have been reviewed by the Zoning Review Section but cannot be approved until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

1. Please adjust the plans to show the fully dimensioned site. While this was not caught on the previous review, the site dimensions appear to be incorrect. Please see the assessor record map by typing in the parcel number (12902150D) at the following website:https://www.asr.pima.gov/?aspxerrorpath=/Home/ParcelSearch

a. The northernmost property line appears to be 33', as opposed to the 50' shown on the site plan.
b. Ensure all site plan details are adjusted depending on the changes to the lot lines. Ensure setbacks, lot coverage, and other standards are updated.

If you have any questions about this transmittal, please contact me at Nicholas.Martell@tucsonaz.gov
