Additionally, the rooms must be properly dispersed throughout the structure in accordance with 2018 IBC Section 1107.6.2.2.1 and 1107.6.2.2.2. 2. General: Provide within the site plans, drawings that clearly indicate the accessible routes within the site and site arrival points that connect the accessible parking to the accessible entrances that are in accordance with 2018 IBC Section 1104.1 and 1104.2. 3. General: Provide evidence of compliance that 60% of the public entrances are accessible in accordance with Section 2018 IBC Section 1105.1. 4. General: Provide evidence of compliance that at least one restricted entrance is accessible in accordance with 2018 IBC Section 1105.1.3. 5. General: No details have been provided regarding the required accessible units. Provide detailed floor plans for required accessible units that include accessible routes within the units as well as clear floor spaces in accordance with 2018 IBC and ANSI A117.1.
