Sheet B1.1: Please amend plans to show a detail section through the kitchen sink/counter, to demonstrate the required Knee and Toe clearance. 2009 ICC A117.1 Section 306. Additionally, show the Knee and Toe clearance at the bathroom lavatory also. IBC 107.2.1 2. Sheet B1.1: Please amend plans to show the height of the sink shall be 34” maximum above the floor, measured to the higher of the rim or counter surface. 2009 ICC A117.1 Section 606.3. 3. Sheet B1.1: Please amend plans to show a folding seat in the roll-in shower, or alternatively for a fixed seat, provide a shower with a clear inside dimension of 60 inches minimum in width and 30 inches minimum in depth, measured at the center point of opposing sides. An entry 60 inches minimum in width shall be provided. 2009 ICC A117.1 Section 608.2.2.1, 608.2.2.3 4. Sheet B1.1: Please provide dimensions to demonstrate the controls and hand shower shall be located on the back 16 inches minimum and 27 inches maximum from the end wall behind the seat.
