Provided a detailed comment response letter with your submittal that clearly shows how you have addressed all comments with your next submittal. This site is located in the HR-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12). Multifamily is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.7.B.6. 1. This comment was not addressed. The DP sheets provided in the building plan set do not have the CDRC DP Approval Stamp and do not match the stamped approved DP sheets, i.e. long-term bicycle location, width dimension of the eastern most vehicle parking space, layout west of the accessible parking space. Also, the Stantec Building Code Compliant stamp does not approved a development package. As the Development Package (DP) sheets provided in the building plans are not the stamped approved DP sheets and it appears that there have been changes to DP sheets a revision to the DP must be submitted and approved prior to approval of the building plan revision. 2. Until approved by Historic Zoning cannot approve this revision.
