2. As the carport is located within a Common Element of the Racquet Club Condominium plat, found at: https://gis.pima.gov/maps/subdiv/select.cfm?null=&bkpg=24069, provide written permission form the HOA to allow this carport withing the common element. The permission shall also include the ramada that is located within this same area.
