1.COMMENT: Please provide a complete plan set,



2.COMMENT: The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). That said based on a 9.2' wall height the required setback from the garage structure to west property line is 6'-2", proposed setback is 0’0". A Board of Adjustment for Variance is required. Board of Adjustment requirements and application can be found at :https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/codes/Zoning_Administration_Application_BA_fillable.pdf. 3.COMMENT: The maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be six (6) feet (UDC Section 6.6.2.I). The maximum height of a retaining wall is ten (10) feet from design grade and no higher than six (6) feet measured from the top of the retaining portion of the wall (UDC Section 6.6.2.I.2).The proposed height of the East, South, and West CMU wall is seven (7) feet. If you elect to do the Board of Adjustment the perimeter wall height can be included in the Variance process.
