That said based on a 9.2' wall height the required setback from the garage structure to west property line is 6'-2", proposed setback is 0’0". A Board of Adjustment for Variance is required. The maximum height of a retaining wall is ten (10) feet from design grade and no higher than six (6) feet measured from the top of the retaining portion of the wall (UDC Section 6.6.2.I.2).The proposed height of the East, South, and West CMU wall is seven (7) feet.
