Staff review of application materials requires a resubmit. Based on the scope of work, this will be a full review process by APHZAB and PRS for a new duplex on a vacant parcel. Here are the next steps. (1) HPZ review fees have been invoiced and pending payment. Please pay review fees and inform staff. (2) Please, in the UDC 5.8.9 Narrative, clarify the required and proposed setbacks are to the north property line. (3) Within the Development Zone, indicate the contributing and non-contributing properties. (4) Please provide a door and window schedule.

Once application is deemed complete with payment, staff will schedule the review by APHZAB. Thereafter, schedule another review by PRS. Both APHZAB and PRS will provide recommendations. PDSD Director will issue a final decision. Applicant will use the decision to proceed to permitting.
