Staff review of application materials is complete. Based on the scope of work, this will be a full review process by APHZAB and PRS for remodel and exterior modifications on Building #01 and Building #02. HPZ review fees have been invoiced and pending payment prior to review scheduling. Here are the next steps. Please pay review fees and inform staff. Upon payment, staff will schedule the review by APHZAB. The next APHZAB review is 12/16/2025 and deadline for submittal and payment of review fees is 12/09/2026. When fees are paid, APHZAB review will be scheduled. Thereafter, schedule another review by PRS. Both APHZAB and PRS will provide recommendations. PDSD Director will issue a final decision.
