Please provide required documents listed in the Historic & Special Districts informational handout (https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/submission-documents/special_districts_application_instructions_7.18.23.pdf) under the Minor Review. The one aerial photo submitted is not sufficient for any review. I spoke with Paolo and requested a colored photo of the house especially showing where the electrical panels are located. Are the panels on the existing location or new location? Are panels visible from the street or not. If visible, can they be screened? Provide a narrative of the scope of work. Current submitted document is incomplete, not sufficient for review. Once all these are put together resubmit under the historic sub record (SD-1224-#).
