Site Plan and elevations need to be labeled “Existing” and “Proposed” . Plans should be stand-alone document. Remove the black and white photos from the submittal. Submitted colored photos are poor quality scans, original photos should be included digitally with one or two to a page, to prevent degrading image quality and enhance legibility. Resubmit clearer colored quality photos and label the photos (North, South, West, East). Elevations of existing structures on the property is needed on the plans. “Existing” Elevation of proposed development should be clearly shown on plans. “Proposed.” Photograph of the surrounding area is missing. Please provide a map clearly showing photo locations and directions. Label photos with addresses. Note if contributing or non-contributing structure. Ensure the photos are within the development zone. Development Zone Map is incorrect, This is a corner lot development zone, Refer to page 4 of Historic and Special District Application Instructions provided to you by staff 12/19/23 during pre-application meeting Show surrounding area with contributing/non-contributing status of nearby structures. Include the Arizona Historic Property Inventory Form . UDC 5.8.9 Narrative needs to be improved. Justify compatibility not just state is compatible. Examples of proposed building materials for the new construction and renovation are required. These should be shown and labelled on the material page. Remove lot combo and energy Cals sheets.
