Staff review of application materials requires a resubmit. Based on the scope of work, this will be a full review process by APHZAB and PRS for a new attached garage addition to an existing SFR . HPZ review fees have been invoiced and pending payment. Here are the next steps. (1) Please pay review fees and inform staff. (2) Please provide a project narrative based on UDC Section 5.8.9 (https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/planning-amp-zoning/checklist_for_historic_design_review_-_general.pdf). Provide 2-3 sentences on each item. If the item does not apply, note as such. (3) Please, provide in the UDC 5.8.9 Narrative, clarify what the prevailing setbacks are within the Development Zone. (4) Please provide details on the shed to be demolished-size-age, contributing/noncontributing along with illustrative colored photos. (5) Revise the plan to include a Development Zone Map (DZ) showing contributing and non-contributing properties using Historic Map Tucson.
