6. Include a landscape plan and shade study that depicts the entire property, not just the trees along the sidewalk;
7. Label the renderings;
8. Include a materials and colors sheet;
9. Address any comments received by historic preservation staff.

4. Show brick arched ghosting above the ground floor door closest to the front facade on left elevation on left (North) elevation plans
5. Show the metal archway (forgot term) that is over the existing front entrance on existing and proposed left (North) elevation plans
6. Existing and proposed front (West) elevation plans

For 111 S 6th Ave, provide the following:
1. Window schedule
