This will be a historic Full Review and to abate an active Code violation (CE-VIO0726-03085) Please add the following items/information to your Design Package: (1) project description/narrative, (2) site plan showing existing and proposed, (3) floor plan showing existing and proposed, (4)drawn elevations showing existing and proposed for all the buildings (main house and ADU), (5) window and door schedule, indicate all doors and windows to be removed/repaired and materials, (6) label all photographs of existing conditions (photos #1-9, photos #6,7,8,9 new walls in plywood to be stucco?, (7) a Development Zone map as described in instructions along with precedent photographs, and (8) the Historic Property Inventory Form for the property. SUBMIT DESIGN PACKAGE IN HISTORIC SUB-RECORD: Submit your revised Design Package as a single PDF by uploading it to the Special District Sub-Record linked to your account: SD-1026-00139.
