APHZAB/PRS will make a recommendation at review. PDSD Director will make a final decision. An approval/Denial Decision Notice will be issued. That will complete the historic review process.

Historic Standard REVIEW COMPLETED APHZAB and PRS conducted a minor onsite review and recommended approval with conditions per submitted plans Plans have been revised on 11/7/2025 to comply with comments. PDSD Director's Decision Notice (DL) is pending to be issued. Once issued that will complete the HPZ process. Historic minor review fees are paid. The applicant may proceed to permitting with approved decision notice. No further HPZ review required. Please upload the issued DL to your primary permit # , along with your most recent Development Package/Design Package materials. You will be instructed further if permit issuance is contingent on meeting any additional requirements.
