Historic REVIEW COMPLETED Based on my review of plans in 2019, LAR for PRS and conditions of approval in decision letter for HPZ-19-55, plus review of 2024 proposed changes, it is my opinion that: Canopy addition as future options had not previously been reviewed by PRS and may need further review if determined at the minor review. Entry doors/ windows configuration changes and repairs to maintain storefront system have (NPS/SHPO) concurrence. and supported by this review. Roof changes; New stucco at top and bottom; Narrow columns (NPS/SHPO) approved and Brick patched and repair can be reviewed as minor review. An HPZ minor review will be scheduled to review all these proposed changes.
