| Historic | REVIEW COMPLETED | Based on review of the historic materials, documentation is sufficient for review. The "no adverse effect " by NPS is good for the rehabilitation work being proposed. Additionally, it is staff suggestion that Historic Landscape Subcommittee should review prior to DRB and PRS. Both PRS and DRB have Landscape architects who are very interested in landscape issues. Also, the Garrett Eckbo Landscape at the TCC Campus is Nationally designated. It will call for particular attention during review as in the past projects in TCC.
