• Pool Finishes and Materials: The finishes will include stucco, natural stone, or integrally colored concrete in earth-toned shades that complement the historic context.
• Equipment Screen Wall: The wall will be constructed using stucco or brick that matches the traditional materials in the district. Paint colors will be natural or muted to align with the neighborhood's historic palette.
Given that this is new construction, has to be reviewed by WUHZAB and PRS.
