1) A copy/paste of UDC Section 5.12.7, and underneath each requirement, include a brief paragraph describing how the project meets the criteria;
2) On Page 8, Development Zone Map, include key map and label photos of precedent examples to correspond to the map, including addresses;
3) Include a building materials sheet, in color, and make sure they correspond to the materials labeled on the elevation drawings and Page 10, Rendering;
4) On Sheet A5.0, Building Elevations, dimension building heights;
5) Include communications with David Marhefka (David.Marhefka@tucsonaz.gov), Project Manager at DTM, indicating that DTM is OK with the proposed landscaping as shown on Sheet L1.0, Landscape Plan.
