At the second round of reviews from Zoning, the only item left should be NPZ review/approval. Plans for both TC-RES-0826-04397 and SD-0926-00120 should match; 2. A meeting with the Design Professional and staff is needed for preliminary feedback will need to be arranged prior to formal review. Please email me: maria.gayosso@tucsonaz.gov, and let me know what are the best days and times for you to meet during the next couple of weeks, so staff can check schedules and make arrangements; 3. Please note that the proposed remodeling of the existing single-family residence may result in the loss of its designation as contributing to the Feldman's National Register. If property owner would like to maintain contributing status and continue taking advantage of tax breaks, please consult with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO: azshpo@azstateparks.gov); 4. In the NPZ Design Package under SD-0926-00120, please address the folllowing: a) All materials should be part of a single, COMPRESSED, PDF file, including the cover letter; b) Include new window details for the two structures, with materials and colors; c) Include details of roof materials and colors; d) On Sheet AS-1, Architectural Site Plan, include both the existing and the proposed land use of the property; e) Revise Sheet CS-4, Development Zone Map, so it includes only properties and their photographs adjacent to the site and across the street, as depicted on Page 4, Item 2.i, of the Special Districts Application Instructions (https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/3/pdsd/documents/submission-documents/special_districts_application_instructions_7.18.23.pdf).
