| Historic Districts Application Completeness Express | REVIEW COMPLETED | Staff has reviewed your Design Package for completeness and has determined it is complete for review by PRS. Historic minor review fees are invoiced, past due and need to be paid prior to review. Staff will schedule the review either on-site or virtual and keep the applicant and PRS member updated. PRS will make a recommendation at review. PDSD Director will make a final decision. An approval/Denial Decision Notice will be issued. That will complete the historic review process.
