Design Review - Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT Based on the 9/18/26 DRB review, please revise the Design Package with the following:

1) Include the authorization letter from the property owner;
2) Include on the elevations the location and details of exterior building and window lighting, which should be pedestrian-scaled, down-shielded, and glare controlled; make sure the west elevation also provides the required lighting;
3) On the site plan, include:
a) Motor vehicle and bike parking calculations and clearly label the location of long-term and short-term bicycle parking, and provide details with materials and colors;
b) Provide calculations for required and provided open space (5% of GFA required); amenities may be provided along Tool Av and 5th Av; provide details of the amenities with materials and colors;
c) Dimension clearance on sidewalks for pedestrians, considering the installation of landscaping and amenities;
4) Revised landscape plan, based on discussions with David Marhefka (cc-ed), Project Manager at the Department of Transportation and Mobility, with tree species that will help meet shade requirements and that are viable long-term in planters, and consider open bottom planters. Please also provide details with materials and colors and how landscaping will be irrigated;
5) Include any written communications with David Marhefka; and
6) Revise the shade study based on the revised landscape plan, and make sure shade calculations are based on June 21 at 12 pm.
