Staff review of application materials is complete. Based on the scope of work, this will be a full review process by WUHZAB and PRS for a new ADU. HPZ review fees have been invoiced and paid. Here are the next steps. Staff will schedule the review by WUHZAB. Thereafter, schedule another review by PRS. Both WUHZAB and PRS will provide recommendations.
