Historic Districts Application Completeness Express REVIEW COMPLETED Staff has reviewed the application and determined that even though some items need to be updated, that can occur during thee review process. Review with WUHZAB and PRS will be scheduled. Applicant will need to show height of the accessory structure being used for comparing that of the accessory garage. Per TSM 9-02.1.3.2 [Height], accessory structure height is compared to accessory structure within the Development Zone not the principal structure. Please this detail ready prior to the boards review. Also ensure the a major review fee is paid
