Staff review of application materials requires a resubmit. Based on the scope of work, this will be a full review process by WUHZAB and PRS for a new duplex . HPZ review fees have been paid in full. Here are the next steps. Please revise the comment letter to state where on the plans the revisions are made. For example: (1) Development Zone, state see plan sheet XYZ, not yours. (2) windows-wood clad, refer to plan sheet XYZ, or keynote #. (3) same reference as in item(2) and (4) mechanical see plan sheet XYZ, or keynote #, do not say see mechanical plan. Please submit it under the Historic sub-record (SD-0825-00137).
