3. Include a signed letter from the property owner, authorizing you to submit the proposed revisions. Our records show the property owner is ALTA FUNDING & INVESTMENTS LLC;
4. On the Site Plan, depict and cloud the proposed canopy over the south entry door of the main residence;
5. On the Site Plan, depict and cloud the proposed canopies over the north and south entry doors of the duplex;
6. On the sheet with the label "Photographs of SFR Existing Conditions", please rename the title "Photographs of SFR PREVIOUS Conditions";
7. Add a sheet with updated photographs of SFR CURRENT Conditions;
8. On Sheet A03, elevations of the main residence, depict:
a) The two existing chimneys on all elevations;
b) Canopy (clouded) over entry door on south and west elevations;
c) Doors as proposed on the Building Material sheet;
9. On the sheet with the label "Photographs of Duplex Existing Conditions", please rename the title "Photographs of Duplex PREVIOUS Conditions";
10. Add a sheet with updated photographs of Duplex CURRENT Conditions;
11. On Sheet A07, south elevation of the duplex, depict the roof panel of the southwest door as corrugated;
12. On the sheet of materials depicting the wooden doors, please indicate the wooden doors are proposed for the SFR;
13. Relabel the sheet of materials for the duplex from "Proposed Building Materials" to "Proposed Building Materials for Duplex".

Historic Districts Application Completeness Express REQUIRES RESUBMIT Based on signed Decision Notice for SD-0823-00090 and staff field verification, Condition1 states "that the door on the front façade of the main house and one on the south side"
of the main house shall have a 6-light craftsman style door". The installed door does not meet this condition. Condition#4-"That, the rear detached duplex shall not be stuccoed" Based on field inspection, this duplex has been stuccoed.
Condition#5-"That, the porch roofs with clay tile on the rear detached duplex shall be
reconstructed as shown in inventory form" Applicant needs to substantiate this in revised plans. Condition #6 "That, the replacement doors on the rear detached duplex shall have a 6-light c
craftsman style". Like condition#1, the installed door is different.
Comments: Applicant needs to provide responses why the deviation from approval conditions. The revised resubmitted package will need review/recommendation from WUHZAB and PRS. Note: staff field verification report is available and can be shared with applicant upon request and will be provided during review.
