Historic Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT Here are some comment/guidance. Please send a comment response Letter to state how all these are being resolved:

-indicate the location and height of the existing wood fence on the SW corner of the house to clarify that it screens Condensing Unit #1 & #2 from view from the street.
-Any line sets mounted to the exterior of the home should have a metal (not plastic) cover that is painted to match the adjacent exterior wall. Line sets should be run interior to the home when feasible.

1-the swamp cooler that’s on the roof, it’s clear they are removing the heater but nothing is said about the swamp cooler and the related ductwork exposed on the roof. If the swamp cooler and the related ductwork is removed from the roof, this statement is mute.

2. There is an existing wood fence located on the west side of the house, located approximately 6’ back from the SW corner of the house. If the new condenser is located on the north side of the existing wood fence, I have no problem with the location of this unit and any of the other two units.

3. There was no mention of split systems required to take care of the living room and kitchen/dining. During the site visit it was obvious the presence of an existing split system, being used to take care of the kitchen/dining. This unit can be seen from the alley and street and if any effort is to be made to hide the new units, it would be appropriate to provide some sort of screen for this unit as well.
4. The photos on pages 10 & 11 are the same photo locations, so not sure what they are trying to communicate. It is the location of the back most condenser and it works well here.
5 possible for the swamp cooler and duct work to be removed from the roof, a screen is provided for the existing condense on the east side of the house and metal coverage of any exterior piping is provide and painted to match the house?
Please, resubmit a comment response Letter with how these will be resolved.
