Historic Districts Application Completeness Express REVIEW COMPLETED This project was reviewed by APHZAB on 7/15/25 and recommended approval of the plans as presented with the condition that the corrugated metal fencing, awning, and scuppers be non-reflective, rusty, or painted.
Next steps is the review by PRS to be scheduled by staff and pending invoiced review fee to be paid. Please note that the a new Design Package must be submitted in a single compressed pdf file. Multiple files as submitted on 7/8/25 will be rejected.
