| Historic Districts Documents Confirmation | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Thank you for submitting your Design Package for Historic Review. Additional items and information are needed before we can deem your application complete. Please provide the following items/information: The unpermitted steel corrugated roof installed on the north side is completely inappropriate for this house. Further, corrugated steel is explicitly not allowed on primary structures in the HPZ per the design guidelines. Thus, the installed corrugated roof NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. This property is one of the best examples of mission revival style in the HPZ. It occupies a very prominent location where both the north and south sides are fully visible from 6th Ave and University Blvd. SOLUTION: a clay barrel tile roof would be appropriate, or a metal simulated tile roof that better matches the original portion.
