Staff review of application materials requires a resubmit. Based on the scope of work, this will be a full review process by WUHZAB and PRS for a new ADU. HPZ review fees have been invoiced and pending payment. Here are the next steps. (1) Please pay review fees and inform staff. (2) Please, provide a UDC 5.8.9 Narrative. (3) Provide dimensioned elevations of the ADU, window sizes and materials. (4) Provide a Development Zone Map showing contributing and non-contributing properties using Historic Map Tucson https://maps2.tucsonaz.gov/html5viewer/?viewer=historicproperties A boundary should be drawn around the Development Zone to clearly mark it. (5) Please submit it all as a single compressed pdf file under the Historic sub-record (SD-0725-00102). | Historic Districts Documents Confirmation | REVIEW COMPLETED | There is a pending zoning violation CE-VIO0325-01045 for windows (different sizes from historic windows), stucco and fencing on the duplex. This violation has not been addressed. Code Enforcement may undertake action unless this violation is reviewed as part of the application. Applicant to decide. The current application under this review is for an ADU. Based on the ADU design package staff has determined that it is complete for review of the new ADU by the boards.
