Owner/applicant provide: (1) provide physical evidence with clear color photos of the building showing close up of the newly installed windows and the dry wall around the windows. The photo should show the window separation (if any); (2) a color photo of the building facades with the windows as they existed prior to removal or changing the windows. This be relevant to window features such as location, size, glazing pattern, frames, sash, muntins, sills, style, opening size ,trim, material; (3) Arizona Historic Property Inventory Form, and (4) Since windows were removed without HPZ review/approval/ permits, you will need to provide as much information as possible.
