Historic REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1) Please revisit the Proposed Elevations, the information on them seems contrary to the proposed work. There are a number of windows that have keynote #5 which notes that the single pane rectangular window will remain. Staff understood that all rectangular windows would be replaced and the system that allow them to protrude from the wall surface would be rebuilt. 2) One of the faceted pieces of glass to the left of the front door is supposed to be replaced, please clarify in the notes that it will be replaced rather than using key note #5. 3) On the north proposed elevation, there is a keynote #14 that appears to be a change to the exterior surface which was not previously discussed.
