For shingle replacement, provide a colored photo of the house at 827 N 4th showing existing shingles (color and material) to be replaced. Provide from brochure a sample of proposed shingle (color, material) to be installed. Provide name of shingle manufacturer. Staff has invoiced the minor review fee, please pay the review fee as invoiced. Once all requested documents are submitted and fee paid, a minor review will be scheduled. Please submit all documents under historic sub record, SD-0624-00054.
