Based on the review of Site Plan for Lot 2, HPZ-19-98, applicant needs to revise the the window pattern/design on the North Elevation [Left side elevation] to match the other window patterns/design as approved in Case # HPZ-19-98. Plans may not be approved without this revision to the north elevation windows.
