Issues:

The site/floor plan page is very low-resolution, please replace with full-resolution drawings.

Existing conditions should include photographs of new building site and existing structure - the photographs labeled "Elevations" for the existing structure are sufficient for this purpose and may be re-labeled.

Try to limit surrounding area photos to properties within the Development Zone, or as close to it as possible. Include a key-map for photo locations.

Elevations of existing structure must be drawn to-scale. Photographs are insufficient (But may be used as existing conditions photographs, as stated).

The Development Zone Map should be prepared according to page 4 of the submittal instructions document linked above.
