As appropriate material it is recommended Ludovici is more of a standard clay barrel tile, and also consider Redland. Your replacement material needs to be revised as is determined incomplete. Please, provide new material for the board consideration. Please make sure the Design Package is a single PDF file, compressed. Multiple files are not accepted and will be rejected. Once resubmitted, the Design Package is accepted for review, staff can coordinate with APHZAB and PRS. Please resubmit it under the Historic sub-record [SD-0525-00074]. | Historic Districts Application Completeness Express | REVIEW COMPLETED | Staff has reviewed your Design Package for completeness and has determined it is complete for review by the boards [APHZAB and PRS]. Historic minor review fees are invoiced, past due and need to be paid prior to review. Staff will schedule the review either on-site or virtual and keep the applicant and the boards updated. APHZAB/PRS will make a recommendation at review. PDSD Director will make a final decision. An approval/Denial Decision Notice will be issued. That will complete the historic review process. Please upload the DL to your primary permit # , along with your most recent Development Package/Design Package materials.
