Staff has reviewed the submittal and has the following comments: (1) Revise the UDC 5.8.9 Narrative,: Height of accessory is compared to height of accessory not mani residence; setbacks are measured from property line not from the street (43.3’ is not correct, see your site plans for correct setbacks); (2) Provide photos showing accessory structures for comparison withing the development zone only; (3) Elevations of the proposed ADU in drawings not renderings. (4) Provide fence drawings and materials with precedent color photos; (5) Provide clarification in plan form of the window materials and treatment of the stucco. Please note that WUHZAB does not accept vinyl windows according to the Design Guidelines. (6) Provide a new readable Arizona Property Inventory Form. Resubmit revised plans under the Historic sub-record (SD-0524-00049).
