Based on the scope of work this will be a full/major review. Ensure to add photos, detail description of materials, development zone, Arizona Historic Inventory Form etc
Special Districts Application Completeness REQUIRES RESUBMIT Historic submittal is incomplete. Please provide narrative based on UDC 5.8.9 (https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/Preservation/Checklist_for_Historic_Design_Review_-_General.pdf). The inventory form from when the district was historically designated. If the inventory form is not available, refer to the nomination form for information on the house. Remove the incomplete inventory form. Provide a map showing the Development Zone which should be both sides of Court Avenue from Franklin Street up to the curve. The Development Zone map should show contributing and non-contributing properties. Submit the revised information under the Historic sub-record
